WorkgroupShare is an interesting concept where you can share outlook folders without the need of a Microsoft Exchange server.
We are currently experimenting with this solution for Project work for SoftwareCasa Software Store.
WorkGroupShare is offered as a 30-day trial and can be used in smaller or larger groups.
Some of the benefits are:
- Share calendars, contacts, tasks, email and notes.
- Share both personal and public folders.
- Control who has access to which folders.
- No need for Exchange Server.
- Affordable and easy to use.
- Works with Outlook 2000/2002/XP/2003/2007.
